Recently named Star Chefs 2021 Rising Star Bartender, Sarah Syman showcases the best of both historical and craft cocktails in her bar program, which changes seasonally. Sarah got her craft cocktail start at The Drawing Room and continued onto many other establishments with notable cocktail programs including: Public Chicago Hotel, Beacon Tavern, Otto Mezzo, and The Drifter. Sarah has participated in numerous cocktail competitions including being awarded the National Runner-Up for Woodford Reserve's Master of the Manhattan, as well as competing regionally for Diageo World Class, Heaven Hill Bartender of the Year, Speed Rack, and has been on prep teams for both Tales of the Cocktail’s Cocktail Apprentice Program, and San Antonio Cocktail Conference's Team Taco. At the end of the day, Sarah creates a culture of warm hospitality where guests will feel at home whether they want a High Life and a shot of bourbon or to nerd-out about spirits in a meticulously prepared craft cocktail.
